Baby & Me
These classes are all about finding a little flow for yourself while having fun with your baby! We’ll move, stretch, and breathe to help you feel more relaxed and connected in your body, with plenty of moments to bond with your little one through songs, gentle movements, and cuddles. It’s a beautiful mix of self-care for you and playful interaction for them—creating a space where you can recharge, laugh, and enjoy time together.
Toddler & Family
Bring your little ones and the whole family for a joyful, interactive yoga experience designed to nurture connection and movement. We’ll combine playful poses, mindfulness activities, and moments of relaxation that are fun for toddlers and engaging for parents or caregivers. It’s a fantastic way to bond, laugh, and explore yoga together in a welcoming and supportive environment. No experience needed—just bring a mat and a sense of adventure!
Children Classes
Children Classes Wednesdays 4pm at the Dell Farquharson Community Centre
We’ll explore movement, mindfulness, and emotions in a safe, supportive space. Through storytelling, games, and playful poses, children will learn how to connect with their bodies, express their feelings, and develop tools to navigate big emotions with calm and confidence. Each class nurtures self-awareness, creativity, and joy, offering kids a fun way to build emotional resilience and a love for mindful movement.
