A little bit about me…

Welcome

Hi, I’m Alice—a French yoga and mindfulness teacher living in beautiful Fife, Scotland. I’m passionate about creating safe, inclusive spaces where people of all ages, bodies, and abilities can reconnect with themselves, feel supported, and discover the joy of mindful living.

🌈 Lover of Rainbows and Silver Linings 🌈

I’ve been practicing yoga since 2004, and it became my lifeline during some of life’s tougher moments. Feeling its transformative power inspired me to share it with others, and now I teach classes that blend mindful movement, breathwork, chanting, and philosophy—all aimed at helping you feel good in your body, mind, and heart.

☀️ Connection, Community, and Care ☀️

I’m a partner, a proud mum to my 5-year-old, and the human companion to our playful dog and curious kitten. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me soaking up the serenity of Dunfermline’s parks, strolling through the Glen, or enjoying a good coffee in one of our lovely local cafés.

🌻 Where You’ll Find Me Teaching 🌻

I teach yoga and mindfulness outdoors in the Glen with Kittaya and Lisa , at the Dell Farquharson Community Centre, in the cozy Yoga Social Nurture yurt, and the Mind and Body studio at the Carnegie Leisure Centre. Each space reflects my commitment to inclusivity, connection, and the healing power of nature.

What Drives Me

I believe that joy is a practice and community is a gift. Whether in my classes or through my broader efforts to build a network of wellbeing practitioners, I’m committed to creating environments that foster growth, connection, and lightness of being. I also advocate for mental health, weaving in tools that support emotional resilience and self-compassion into everything I do.

If you’re curious about my classes, my work, or simply want to chat about life, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d love to connect with you. 🌈🌻
